I couldn't have asked for a better location for this hotel, right in the heart of Madrid and within walking distance to all the major sites. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a stunning view of Plaza de Carmen, but the dining options were a bit lacking. The service was exceptional, and the staff were always helpful.
